Use the app lawfully and only submit content you have the right to use. Avoid private or sensitive information about other people. Do not use the app to threaten, harass, impersonate, or defame anyone. Review a roast before sharing it and consider how the recipient may feel about it.

AI-generated results

Roasts are fictional comic exaggerations, not factual claims or personality assessments. AI-generated results may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review gift suggestions yourself before buying. Fixed examples are labeled as samples.

Shopping and purchases

Gift suggestions do not guarantee suitability, compatibility, availability, price, or delivery. Estimated prices are labeled; displayed retailer prices may change. Check the product listing and final checkout total on Amazon. Purchases take place on Amazon, under the applicable retailer and seller terms. Santa’s Intern does not sell the products, collect payment, or handle orders and returns.

Shared cases and Santa’s court

Shared cases and Santa’s rulings are for entertainment and have no legal authority. Anyone with a case link can view and respond to it. A creator can remove a case, and someone who receives an unwanted roast can hide it. Other people may keep copies of material you share. Gift ideas and the original brief are not included in shared cases.
